Full Stack / AI Developer

DataGovernAI LLC — Remote (PST overlap preferred)

About the work

Two-part AI leasing assistant: 1) Public chatbot for virtual tours and leasing questions via GPT-4 and voice/text, 2) Internal agent integrating CRM tools for staff.

Responsibilities

  • Build frontend using React, Vite, and Tailwind
  • Develop backend APIs (Whisper, GPT-4, TTS)
  • Handle mic/GPT/network fallback
  • Integrate CRM APIs, Google Calendar, ChromaDB (optional)
  • Manage session logs via Supabase or Firebase
  • Deploy frontend (Vercel) and backend (Render)
  • Deliver end-to-end working web experience
